Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
All UK orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day by First Class Royal Mail or by courier and should be with you next day (except Friday when deliveries will be made on Monday). All European orders can take between 2 – 4 working days from despatch and orders to the Rest of the World can take up to 10 working days for delivery depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Should you require a more accurate estimate, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Postage is calculated based on the total weight of your item(s). An accurate postage calculation will appear on your final invoice.
All European orders over £50 and up to 2kgs include an extra £3.50 charge for Royal Mail’s International Sign For service, which means your parcel will have to be signed for upon delivery. Please make sure the address that you provide will be manned otherwise successful delivery cannot be guaranteed.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Orders placed by companies based within the European Union and who have a valid EU VAT registration number are VAT free.
All credit card details are encrypted in the banking software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Since August 2007, we have also been using additional online security measures brought to us by Visa Mastercard and American Express.
