The X-Grip® includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications. The holder is compatible with handheld devices that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of your handheld device with a case/sleeve/skin when determining the overall size.

Tethering your device is essential when using the X-Grip in high vibration environments. RAM does not recommend using the X-Grip IV on a motorbike unless the device is tethered. Pooleys cannot be held responsible for loss of the device.

1.  RAM-B-224+RAM-B-201   Suction lock Base mount & standard double socket Arm. The twist lock heavy duty suction cup Base mount consists of a 83mm suction cup locking base. RAM's patented design dampens shock and vibration helping to extend the life of mobile electronic devices while the rubber ball and socket technology allows for almost infinite adjustment.

2.   RAM-B-231Z+RAM-B-201  U-bolt Base & standard double socket Arm. U-bolt Base to fit bar or rail 13mm to 32mm diameter.

3.  RAP-B-397-1+RAM-B-201  Small Tough-Clamp base & standard double socket Arm. The RAM Tough-Clamp™ enables you to attach your GoPro camera, Smartphone, or similar light weight device on almost any flat surface, square and round rail. Clamping Dimensions: 1. Flat surfaces and square rails up to 25mm thick. 2. Round rails from 6.35mm to 19mm OD. 

4.    RAP-B-400+RAM-B-201  Small Tough-Claw Base & standard double socket Arm. The RAM® Tough-Claw™ is the perfect mounting Base for quick and easy tool-less installation and removal on round and square bars and rails. The Tough-Claw™ can be clamped on rails from 16mm to 38mm outer diameter. Ideal for mounting tablets, action cameras, smartphones, and much more in a wide variety of applications. Perfectly suited for mounting on the yoke of an aircraft, handlebars, rails, roll bars and much more.          

5. RAM-B-121+RAM-B-201  Yoke clamp Base & standard double socket Arm. The yoke clamp Base will fit rails from 15.5mm to 32mm diameter and is ideal for mounting on your aircraft yoke. The rubber ball is at a right angle to the plane of the mount; when connected to a rail, the ball sits parallel to the rail.

6. RAP-B-397-2+RAM-B-201  Medium Tough-Clamp Base & standard double socket Arm. The RAM Tough-Clamp™ features a ball which can be used to mount your GoPro camera, Smartphone, or similar light weight device on almost any flat surface, square and round rail. Clamping Dimensions: 1. Flat surfaces and square rails up to 44.45mm thick. 2. Round rails from 19mm to 28.5mm OD.

7. RAM-B-127B+RAM-B-201 Clamp Base & standard double socket Arm. This clamp Base is designed to mount to the lip/edge of a flat surface up to 28mm thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip or glare shield on an airplane. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. A rubber ball is connected to its base allowing you to connect a standard double socket Arm to create the perfect mount for your application. Rubber pads are provided to protect fragile surfaces.
